There was a time when my schedule was so busy, I'd have less than an hour to walk the dog, mow the lawn, get my daughters where they needed to go and pack my bags for another whirlwind work trip. If this craziness sounds anything like your life, read on.

I'd love to tell you I was smart enough to get out of that kind of situation before the stress made me sick, but I wasn't. It took debilitating fatigue, extreme bloating, weird aches and pains, severe food allergies, Freddy-Krueger-like welts, scary mood swings and brain fog and finally coming down with mono to get my attention. For years, I struggled with Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), hypothyroidism and histamine intolerance, meeting with GI doctors, naturopaths and nutritionists without much success.

That's when I took my health into my own hands and studied functional nutrition through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

Now, I use my personal and professional experience to help my clients get to the root cause of their health issues, diving into their health history, learning about stress levels and removing any obstacles that might be standing in their way.
