I’m Jenn Maples, NTP and I’m so glad you’re here

 
 

Until I got my bloating, chronic stress, and unbalanced gut under control, those images made a regular appearance in the mirror. I went through a period of time as a self-employed, single mom where my schedule was so busy, I'd have less than an hour to walk the dog, mow the lawn, get my daughters where they needed to go and pack my bags for another whirlwind work trip.

I'd love to tell you I was smart enough to help before the stress made me sick, but I wasn't. It took debilitating fatigue, extreme bloating, weird aches and pains, severe food allergies, Freddy-Krueger-like hives, scary mood swings and brain fog and finally coming down with mono to get my attention. For years, I struggled with Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), hypothyroidism and histamine intolerance, meeting with GI doctors, naturopaths and nutritionists without much success.

That's when I took my health into my own hands and studied functional nutrition through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

My mission is to help busy women reduce their stress by making it easy to feed themselves and their families with healthy food they actually enjoy eating.
